The Look Enterprises, Inc. is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) registered in Texas, and is certified as a Disadvantaged, Minority Owned Business, and a Participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. We are confident that our major strengths do not rest on these certifications, but rather in our capabilities and our commitment to quality work. SBA’s HUBZone program is in line with the efforts of both the Administration and Congress to promote economic development and employment growth in distressed areas by providing access to more federal contracting opportunities.

The ACDBE Program is similar to the DBE program in that it is a Department of Transportation (DOT) program designed to level the playing field for small businesses who wish to participate in contracting opportunities at airports.
