Our History

The Look Enterprises, Inc. (TLE) is a Management Consulting Firm with over 17 years of experience, focusing on Project Management Solutions,  Facilities Management, IT Products and Services, Staffing, and Administrative Training. Facilitating and managing multiple client accounts, including federal and local government entities, state agencies, and Fortune 500 companies; with an emphasis on Colleges and Universities.


From 2005 – Present, TLE has provided facility management services to Texas Southern University (TSU).

TLE is one of the prime facility contractors for Texas Southern University. Our core competencies include but, are not limited to the following;

· General Construction Services

· Flooring Installation

· Painting

· Commercial Cleaning

· Air Duct Cleaning Services

· Power washing

· Mold Remediation Services (Certified by the State of Texas)

· Supervised and trained technical staff; and aided staff in troubleshooting complex configuration issues


From 2010-2015, TLE Managed the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Training and Management Assistance Program (TMAP) and provided oversight of all program management activities to control, manage, and monitor the work performance across key task areas.

· Managed a multi-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle through an expedited procurement process

* Managed and ensured the quality and performance measurement of all products produced by the PMO to include the following business administration support functions:

Program Management
Schedule Creation and Tracking
Risks & Issues Management
Financial/Cost Tracking and Review
Quality Management
Performance Measurement
Information Organization


From 2010 – 2011, TLE was awarded the Texas Children’s Hospital Clinic Janitorial Facilities contract for 23 Texas Clinics.

Our overall cleaning services were comprehensive and addressed all relevant aspects of the cleaning services, including the scope of services, payment, termination, insurance, confidentiality, compliance with laws and regulations, and representations and warranties. Daily cleaning services included;

Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, including floors, walls, and countertops
Cleaning and disinfecting all medical equipment
Cleaning and disinfecting toys and play areas
Emptying trash and replacing trash bags
Cleaning restrooms and stocking supplies
Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons


From 2007 – 2009, TLE conducted Small Business Development training workshops for the US Small Business Administration for more than 3,600 small business owners in the continental US and US territories.  The training objective was to present how to successfully do business with the Federal government, and Fortune 500 companies.

· TLE provided leadership; wrote the curriculum, and designed the PowerPoint presentation for the SBA Small Business Development Training Program

· TLE supervised, interviewed, hired, and assisted in the training of all business development trainers


TLE was awarded the prime IT hardware/software contract by the US Small Business Administration (SBA), Washington, D.C. from 2006 through 2007.

· Responded to customer RFQ, RFI, and RFP requests.

· Established and maintained external communication with other networks within SBA

· Developed and strengthened working relationships with Cisco Systems and Microsoft

· Supported and maintained local servers

· Configured and implemented hardware and software upgrades and installations

· Supervised and trained technical staff; and aided staff in troubleshooting complex configuration issues
